Most airlines will not allow you to bring miniature liquor bottles aboard. Duty free for flights destined to other countries would be the only exception. Airlines will not allow you to drink alcohol you bring aboard though. If you want a drink on a plane you must pay for it. That is how the airline controls the amount you drink.
