flying out of Jax July 11 2018. We are senior citizens and have trouble walking long distances I have seen carts carrying people and their carry on luggage. How do you get this service and is there a charge. Do not need wheelchair

Even if your not wheel chair bound you should have a wheel chair request on all your airline tickets from now on. My mother uses them... they are for people who can walk some but not long distances.
