Yes they do, HOWEVER, They're"allowance" or "criteria" is never consistent. Be sure to have your proof of current vaccines for the dog, and be wary of favored others who have "service dogs" aka pit bull puppy that lunges at my 17lb service dog poodle sitting calmly in my lap...be prepared with the law in written format and be well versed in it.

As a rule of thumb carry your paperwork, keep your 🐕 leashed. Generally, people are respectful and mindful of service animals.

The new Federal guideline do not require paper work or vest for Emotional Support Animals anywhere! Just in effect 8/15/22 Service Animals still under the guidelines of past for now.
