Can I get disability and work cuz my the army beat me down but I have got to work

I don't have any medical records. Just a lot of pain

You would have to file a VA claim, the best place to do that would be veteran communities services. Or start one with the VA but make sure you have medical records easily accessible. You can still work and have a disability it just depends on the severity of the disability.
