They are uneducated, rude, and useless. Staff is so unprofessional that I am utterly shocked they are still open. Based on all these terrible reviews and everyone in Canton Ohio knowing how bad they are they probably won't last much longer. Case managers and nurses who are supposed to be invested in their patients well being just disappear and stop answering calls out of nowhere. They refuse to help no matter how bad a person gets. They would rather their patients kill someone than give them the resources they need.

This was the worst mental health care i have ever recieved in all my mental health treatment. At one time i even had a doctor refuse to give me medicine cause i looked up what he gave me cus i was leary of Coleman cause of the way they gave me treatment and i looked up new meds they prescribed and its good i did cuz the meds that ding bat dr gave me would have conflicted with my heart meds...the dr didnt like that i looked up meds that was given to me and refused to refill my pills...i had to go without pills....that was fun......if you are looking for a great mental health faciltity im very happy with Phoneix rising...they actually know my name for crying out loud....anyways coleman is a joke and shouldnt de treating the mentally ill at all...they do more harm then good......

Today my daughters school called Coleman center bc of a incident that accrued at the school. The school was on hold for about 20min b4 they put them through to the correct person. When the counselor was needed to come to the school they did and it only took them 15 min they were on time. The counselor they sent she was nice and helpful and she did listen to the issues at hand.

people that work there are crazier than their patients. Although Some are pretty rational

The only thing I can think of is some how get a copy of your records if you're able to. And was it done at Coleman's?
That is supjective to each situation, about 2 to 6 months
I don't think that they will tell me.
If you haven't been there for an assessment yet. Show up at 8am to fill out the paperwork.
Yes you can
You can go to hall law firm or rick pinhard but the best bet would be to get all ur medical records from doctors and hospitals etc to see how u were labeled a psych patient even getting xanax prescribed to you can get you labeled as psych or a trip to crisis center for a grief period after a tragic loss of loved one.
Charles, if you can, please bring your ID, proof of insurance (if applicable), and a release of information from your current provider. If you have any further questions, please call 330-296-3555.
