Didn't see one, there is the state fair, I thought there was petting zoo there at fair.

At the state fair but not at American Dream. State fair is only there temporarily
The state fair is up now right next to it and they do have a petting zoo yes. It is cash only when you actually enter the fair. The also have pony rides.
