You must be referring to the Garden Area, and I imagine it would be open, unless they have said otherwise. Last year, me and my wife took some lovely pictures there. And if it's the garden I'm thinking of, there's a Juice store right upstairs with an EXCELLENT MANGO Drink which we always get when it's the season and they have the sweet Mangos. Enjoy!
