The mall is free but once inside you can choose what activities to do and,they are all separately priced. Check out Americandream.com for varied pricing on skiing, water park, Nickelodeon Universe, Angry Birds Universe, etc.
It's free to enter the mall, the amusement park, ski ramp, ice skating rink and soon to open water park have costs to enter. Parking is currently free but this will change shortly and will be announced ahead of the change.
