Here are the parking rates for those that didn't enjoy the free parking during the first 3 days of the mall opening. 0-29 minutes: Free 30 minutes to 3 hours: $3 Up to 4:59 hours/minutes: $4 Up to 6:59 hours/minutes: $5 Up to 7:59 hours/minutes: $6 8:00+: $24 (Maximum all day rate)
