It is a fairly long distance from the ferry. Most of the buildings are not open but some do have ramps when they are...the area is beautiful to walk around ,there are several flat paths to enjoy and they have a wonderful ice cream shop on the grounds

It's quite a ways from the ferry. It's mid island. I don't know what buses go there. The historical buildings dont have wheelchair ramps but the courthouse does. You cant go in most of the buildings anyway unless they're doing tours that day. You also have eggers there very good ice cream.
