Depending on event yes biz attire or formal wear. It is a event space but there are a few of this venue that have paid ticketed events.yes it is a event space with paid waitstaff rented table and chairs with a in house staff downstairs

I don't think so. It's an event space so i think whatever rules the event sponsor sets are what matters.
