They decided not to do I this year. It is now a roof top eatery with private heated huts. Great for a group or a date who wants a "covid free" indoor experience, but not for ice skating. Try Brookfield place instead for ice skating.

They're very strict with items such as cameras, umbrellas, outside food and bevs. Nothing about laptops on their site but I'd avoid. They made me throw alot out of my bag (yes even the umbrella) so last thing you need is refusal of entry because of your laptop. Theres no lockers or checked items area either.

There is no parking spots at Pier 17, but there are parking lots near it that support handicap parking
