Do you need proof of vaccine to visit the rooftop

Yes

Only the indoor spaces require vaccination cards. All outdoor spaces including the rooftop on the pier are open without proof of vaccinations. Please not half of the rooftop is closed off but you can still catch the view and take pics.

You can get to the rooftop tho, but when there's events and concerts, you do need proof of vaccination because its usually a lot of people in there.

You can get to the rooftop through the stairs without PoV but if you go indoors in the bar or any place, you will need it.
