It is a very safe place for a 4 year old to skate
I find mennan cuts their ice more often keeping it smoother. That could make all the difference in the world to a young beginner. But their instructors are great and staff is super friendly and professional.
And the learn to skate instructors are great!
Yes. Go on their website. You will find public skates. Usually during a school day is best. Not crowded at that point
