After dealing with a mucous cyst in one of my fingers for a couple of years, I decided to call Dr Ende regarding having it removed. My past experiences with her told me that she would be more than capable of doing it. My surgery was at 9 a.m. and I was out of the hospital by noon. It's now been 2 months and my finger has healed wonderfully. If I ever find myself with a problem in one of my hands, she'll be the one I call. In addition to being a surgeon I trust, I also found each of the staff members in her office friendly and easy to deal with.

So very horribly rude to the patient's wife. Refused to give the post op report as she had stepped to the restroom for 2 minutes. Office insisted that the update was given to my mother who was 1100 miles away. The office was running a scam to get you to rent their machine insisting that it would never be covered by insurance but it was covered at 100 percent. Had to kick and scream again and again to get the paperwork to file with insurance. Rude doc and ruder staff.
