When i go online to book an appointment they offer no appointment dates or times. If i need an appointment but there's no option available what do I do? This seems counterintuitive!

I'm sorry you are experiencing that.I would suggest calling member services and schedule it through a Representative.

Thank you Lashara. The only issue there is the longggggg wait on the phone. Most times i call the wait is 90 minutes, which is unbearable.
