Took a friend there because she needed a replacement card. One of the employees was walking around with slippers. I understand not wanting to have heels on the whole but at least put them on when waking around and once you’re at your desk you can put your UGG slippers on. Her desk is near the entrance. My friend got what she came for.

I went there today to open an account. While there was quite some wait time, and the check machine was broken, Stacy O was patient, courteous, professional, and helpful!

You will have to call MCU customer service, but also check your account to see if the money really came out.. A lot of times those machines be having errors
