Very difficult to find street parking on the weekends. Weekdays slightly better but still a challenge. Best bet is public transit. A train, Q52, Q53, Q35 buses or the NYC Ferry from Sunset Park or Pier 11.
If you drive, you might need to find parking a few blocks away from the beach, but will be hard to find one
