Can you believe that I’ve literally waited over an hour for a copy of my child’s updated physical (that I called for in advance a day prior ago). Furthermore some of new the employees seem to be invested in drama.There’s some assistants in here yelling at other employees. All I see is gossiping and chatter and no work being done on my behalf. I used to love this clinic for their professionalism. Now im ready to change her clinic. Ridiculous!!! Dont bother coming. Stay away nurse Madeline.

Every time I go to this clinic im greeted with a smile and respect the Dr is very thorough and she caring and there is hardly ever a wait but if there is is no more than maybe 20 mins

This clinic is a Very DISGUSTING place if you care for your health don’t dare to come here and be seen by Doctor Bundock And their receptionists are very rude to the doctors too , And have this disgusting attitude and complain if they are asked to print your lab results it’s very frustrating, this is the last time I come here . Very very incompetent clinic , lack of respect for the patients .

Nurses are wonderful but dr Susana bundock not so great. Explained about many things my father needed and she skipped them all, talk to loud and yells. My father needed wound care and she brushed it off. Explained everything and still nothing. So I had to call his case manager and social worker to handle it and she hasn’t responded to them.
