It is a good supermarket but the prices are high. I have to wait for the prices to drop down to buy something. China Town in lower Manhattan has way better vegetable and fruit prices than here
The Symphony
Prices are usually pretty good. Nice selection of fresh herbs and fruits. Snack foods is pretty good. Prices have gone up some and no real chips selections anymore

Yes open on sunday until 6 not 8. Yes they carry plastic barrels. I see them in the front all the time.
Not sure about deliveries, but they do sell cooked chicken/food etc.
