We have been encountering a common problem with messy and disgusting people leaving all of their garbage and trash on the beach for everyone else to clean. If you bring food, beers, wine, soda, water, plastics, metals, EVERYTHING YOU BRING, EVERYTHING! - TAKE IT ALL HOME WITH YOU OR AT THE VERY LEAST BRING IT TO A GARBAGE CAN! We here in Rockaway are tired of dealing with disgusting, dirty, careless, disrespectful, and ignorant people leaving the beach looking like a landfill. If you're going to come to Rockaway, dont be a Kook! PICK UP YOUR TRASH!!!

No, no BBQ on Rockaway Beach, the only place I know that has BBQ on the beach is Manhattan Beach. They have parking and you can BBQ there and play loud music. Rockaway beach is the beach to relax.
