This is not a good place for families/elderly/individuals. Management office is actively discriminatory across most racial lines. They think because they are occupying an administrative role that they can belittle you or do not provide assistance to your issues in your apartment. Many times I have had to hire outside contractor to fix issues that they are in charge of fixing (lots of $$ spent to live in dignity). They routinely make errors and you just kind of have to put up with it until they change the entire administration or leave ofc. The building itself has issues with dirty water and bugs. The single star would be the serene view of the ocean and the maintenance team who work really hard to make sure all (27) floors are clean. ***Other tenants have shared with me that they refuse to cooperate with Section 8, so please be aware of that before you choose this place as your residency.***

Call the managers office
Um I don't really know but I know that there are one bedroom rooms and there are on section 8
It is not easy to say how long the waiting list is because it varies...based on the apartment turnovers and the size of the apartment you need. That is to say how often existing tenants move out, get evicted, or dies (God forbids). If you requested a 3-bedroom apartment, you will wait forever. In 2010 my cousin was on the waiting list for eleven months for a 2-bedroom apartment - which happened real fast. Try calling them every two months with your application number, and they'll let you know how many people are ahead of you. With that you'll be able to have an idea how fast the list moves. Also, write to them every six months to state you're still in need of an apartment. Hope this info helps.
