After I called and the message said to “Walk-in”, I went for testing and was told to come back tomorrow morning at 7am, to get in line to make an appointment. Misleading the people in times of need is chaotic and oppressive.

The same thing happened to me and I don't think it's misleading. Most CityMD are shut down due to lack of staff sick with covid. I was calling since Monday and was also confused untill one of the patient reps explained to me it is best to come in the morning (7am) make the line and get a spot on the queue. I got there at 719 am Wednesday morning and was called back at 2 pm was seen at 4 -5 pm we have to keep in mind is alot of people getting tested and as health care professional I understand this very well I was number 103 on the queue and the line was wrapped around the block. If you want to get a spot you need to stand in like at 6am and maybe this will give you a low number on the queue.
