So annoyed & disappointed with my most recent visit. I knew I had at least the beginning of a sinus infection (throat was on fire, sinus pressure, ear ache, dark mucus, and starting to cough) but the Dr. insisted it was "just a virus" & didn't give me any meds. Fast forward to 5 days later & my symptoms were worse so I went to my ENT & sure enough ... 7 days of antibiotics that I could have been almost done with if the Dr. at ProHealth had just listened to me (I know my body & suffer from sinus issues). Lesson learned: only go to urgent care for splinters & maybe a broken toe.
