There were NO problems entering PNC Art center. No vaccination card checks. I just went to see korn there. Had an awesome time. Masks are optional.
Every show is its own entity. Check with the venue ahead of time. I believe as of 10-04, all Livenation venues require a proof of vaccination or negative Covid test 72 hours prior.
With HIPAA laws I don't believe they can ask you if you have a vaccine

I just saw Korn there on Sunday and no one checks you in regards to covid. A lot of outside venues don't bother you about masks or being vaccinated just indoor places.

Right now depends on the concert but I believe after Oct. 8th a covid Vax or negative test is required for all shows
They can ask you because HIPAA is different, this is public safety. You need to show your vac card it a negative test within 48hr. May vary per event.
After Oct 4th you have to show you are 2 weeks past your last vaccination shot or you have to show proof of a negative covid test within 48 hours of the show

Depending on who is performing. Saw Black Crowes no card was required. Following week for Dave Matthews Band needed COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD to enter! Was also required at The Meadowbrook in Gilford NH for DMB! Had 2 lines one for negative test results in the past week, other for card holders. In both situations LIVE NATION Venues will notify thru emails in advance of its shows!

I wasn't asked for any proof. I think whether or not you will be asked may need influenced by the performer. Not sure. I would look it up on their website to be certain.
