I had a bad experience with a broker. Ended up taking my money, but this was years ago. Keep trying if not try the box office to see if it's there. I hope you got. Confirmation of payment.
You should have been sent to your phone
The ticket should have been sent digitally to either your email address or by text to your phone once your payment cleared. If it wasn't start following up on it immediately.
I would call broker, if no response, definitely call box office.they are very nice
