Made the whole process so easy!! After doing a lot of browsing online, this was the second store we stopped at. First one had one employee who literally could not have cared less if we were there or not. At Alex Dee, we were greeted, informed that if we like any styles, most come in various sizes/colors and then left to browse - helpful without being pushy. When we did find a few we liked, the salesman helped choose the right colors and sizes for each room. We ordered 3 lights and received a call when everything was ready to pick up. The store offered to install for us and even helped choose the right bulbs. Very pleased with the process start to finish.

If it weren't for Howard I'd still be looking around for the right light fixtures! I can't thank him enough for assisting me despite feeling doubtful and hesitant that the chandelier and pendants he chose may not be the right fit. Howard is so knowledgeable and professional. I can't believe he was able to match the perfect light fixtures for my home just by looking at a photo of my dining room/kitchen.
