Barbara is rude and not helpful whatsoever over the phone and in person. Completely clueless about anything going on. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the rest of the staff is nice. They also jumped into giving my dog an X-ray and charged me $600 for something that was completely unnecessary. Ridiculous and will never be back

They did not communicate about the visit. Nobody knew when my dog would be done with his ‘comprehensive exam’, and it took longer than a grooming appointment. They’re obviously only in it for the money because they had my dog sitting there unseen for hours, and when I called asking if I could take him home, they said it might take until closing for him to be seen by the vet (because the vet was overbooked for surgeries). I told them I wanted to take him home immediately, as I found it was unfair, and they said they’d call me if they could get him home sooner. Not even 10 minutes later they called back and said he was done, so he obviously didn’t have a long procedure or anything, he was just sitting there and would’ve been sitting there until I spoke up for him. I would’ve rather had them cancel my appointment than have my dog sit there all day if they were really that busy (literally was there before the place even opened) for what should’ve been no more than a 2 hour appointment MAXIMUM. Very disappointed in their lack of care for animals.

Best for your pets care. Everyone is super friendly and genuine. Pick the package that best suits your pet and pay monthly, which is a nice way to make sure your furbaby has everything they need to live a long healthy life. Best for first time pet owners and those who are just getting a pet. Animals with preexisting conditions may not be covered.
