I wanted to return clothes to carters my son received as a gift. The sales women at the carters in Holmdel, NJ told me that returns without a receipt could only be accepted if I spent the same amount at the store the same day. However, after reviewing the return policy online it states you can receive a merchandise card. I felt pressure to find something immediately. Additionally, I had an Oshkosh b'gosh item which she told me "probably came from target" however the return policy states you can return to carters from an Oshkosh b'gosh company-owned retain store. I am very displeased and feel like I was deceived.

So many cute clothes and the clearance section is huge. I bought maybe 12 outfits for $75. Love it!

Placed an order wanting to do curbside pick up since I have three small kids and one of them wasn’t feeling great. Waited parked outside the store trying to call for about 15 minutes while I watched an associate walk around the store on the phone. Finally had to go inside with my kids and this employee was still walking around on the phone chit chatting. Don’t offer curbside pick up if your employees aren’t going to do it. Usually love this store, but very unhappy with this experience.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
