Is it right for a store manager :ALEX to overprice a repair for glasses? You get your glass back after a month with the wrong prescription and they don’t want to fix them because you gave them a bad review?

We sent out your frame to a specialty company that handles repair, and it was sent back to us informing us that it was unrepairable. As a courtesy we found you a frame that fits your current lenses. So maybe it's best to get your prescription updated if you can't see from your current lenses.

It's definitely not right...but sadly its all too common.
