I had to wait a hour and half for my exam. Then they sneakily try to give you a offer of $100 off frames but are still expensive after breakdown and shipping handling stuff. Too small, employees walking over each other in the back stepping on you while your in the middle of a exam. The Worst! The only good thing is with the doctor.

Worst service ever ! My grandma went to this place to get her glasses but she received some wrong glasses and was charged illegally in addition that some of the staff was asking grandma to pay for those glasses so we gotta called her insurance and fix this problem. Because basically it was their fault, their mistake. I don’t think someone specially old lady has to pay out of the packet for something she didn’t ask and now her new glasses the right one its taking forever more than two months.

Worst place to go, they broke my frame, and they just didn't take responsibility, they wanted me to buy a frame, but I had mine, which weirdly broke. Horrible place I will never go back.

I'm not really sure what the terrible reviews are about. I had a great experience with the staff members along with my doctor. I was seen quickly, and I was also able to get my prescription as a hard copy without any issues! As we all know, some optical places get a little funky and give a difficult time when releasing prescriptions. Especially when they want you to only buy from their supply. This store put no pressure on me to buy from them. Which could be an annoyance when visiting an optical place. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received and will be coming back here!
