We sent out your frame to a specialty company that handles repair, and it was sent back to us informing us that it was unrepairable. As a courtesy we found you a frame that fits your current lenses. So maybe it's best to get your prescription updated if you can't see from your current lenses.

Yes. But the person that picks up needs to have the pick up slip that we gave the day you purchased the glasses.

DMV exam is $30. We submit all the documents straight to the DMV for you. After the exam you can check back on DMV website within 24 hours. No appointment needed. If you wear glasses or contacts, make sure you have them on for the exam.
Depends on how much detail the glasses required. Most of the time we offer a rush option for our customers.
