I was injuried in an accident by a speeding car although witnesses reported the driver was speeding police did not add it to the report and I recieved the ticket for faillure to yield . Do you handle such cases?

You def would have to prove that the other car was speeding. We had the same situation but it was infact the others driver fault for not yielding, even though you think they were speeding if you pulled out its would your fault. Good luck though on the case.

I had a similar situation. The driver that hit me lied to the reporting officer and their story was placed in the accident report initially. I has to go to the precinct and make them add the witness statement and have the report modified. Although the police report stated otherwise prior to me getting that completed, Montlick and associates still took my case and advised me through the whole process. They have an amazing team. You should definitely call them.
