Most are buy, but you can rent to own so your rent will go toward the purchase. You can come into the park and drive around and see what they have. There are a few for sale now. If you own one the monthly maintenance fee is $900 that includes taxes, water, sewage, and garbage pick up
The best thing to do is take a ride through the park and stop by the office. I do believe there are two that are still for sale right now but homes move very quickly in here. Please feel free to touch base with us anytime.
