Yes! Its $900 a month, included taxes, water, sewage and garbage and 2 parking spots. Great place to live. I love it here.

I think it depends on if it's permanent. I heard that you can only move in homes that can move. Not too sure as I haven't been here long but there are 2 tiny houses here since I moved in. I would check with the office for sure

Not that I know of. From what I can tell, you have to talk to the people in the office. They don't stay empty for long so timing is everything

Most are buy, but you can rent to own so your rent will go toward the purchase. You can come into the park and drive around and see what they have. There are a few for sale now. If you own one the monthly maintenance fee is $900 that includes taxes, water, sewage, and garbage pick up
