Horrible experience with my mother nurses don't know what they are doing

I was looking for a place for my dad for a long time he has Dementia this place was absolutely the best place to work with between admissions the Aids The entertainment staff The nurses and doctors everyone who works there I gave this place 10 out of 10 my dad has never been so better he is excelling in there they are really doing everything they could to help everybody there thank God I found this place for my dad he loves it Recommended anyone who comes here

Thank you for your outstanding and wonderful care of my father Fred C, he lived there for one year, and received wonderful care from Jesse, Theresa, Donna, Nicole, Asia and Brenda. Ella and Lucy were fabulous with constant contact by phone and Face time during Covid with my father Fred, easy to call and always available. Bless you Ella and Lucy! My family member is unable to answer the phone and I wished to "chat "with her to make her feel cared for. I just moved to Texas and wanted to include her in the conversation. The staff made that happen for us in a very short time. They were able to encourage her to use a wheel chair to get to the phone. We both enjoyed the time together on the phone. I wish to thank them so much.
