Highly upset with this place. I scheduled an appointment and made arrangements with my kids to get all the way over here for them to tell me they don’t have me in the books. I showed them the text confirmation. They still didn’t make it right and take me. My dog has an ear infection and I had to wait to get in in the first place it seems super red and irritated. They wanted me to make a new appointment and go through the same stress of making arrangements to get here. Not to mention gas is expensive. They continued to say I don’t know what happened. I understand mistakes happen or computer glitches but why not make it right especially when I can show u someone from your office told me to come at this day and time because I have a text confirmation.

My little dog slipped her collar as we started in. She ended up running away to the far side of WalMart. Two of the staff chased her down. At 83 I'm not up to chasing a dog. But, they brought her back. They were very concerned about her. They did the things I wanted, but their getting her was above and beyond the regular duties.

Staff is friendly and helpful. You can easily reach someone via phone to schedule appointments. Prices for exams, shots or others things are reasonably priced. They have a program to order flea medication and other medication with discounts as well as other things you may want to get for your pet. It’s hard to get appointment and you have to book out a month or so in advanced. I drive from Rancho Cordova to Elk Grove to take my dog here.
