Review update 4 years later: I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. My son had upgraded his membership and he was charged twice the yearly membership. I complained six times at front desk and they acknowledged it but I got not credit at all for that yet. Also I had personal trainer session scheduled but I had to cancel because of work and I was never told I needed to cancel 24 hrs previous the session or they would charge anyways. They didn't care that they never told me.They just charged as I took the session. I don't even know the new owners but costumer service has downgraded 100% and is really bad because they don't care about their members. After 4 years maybe is time to leave. Finally! I found the gym I was looking for. Neat clean, friendly staff, AC is a right temperature not freezing cold. I feel comfortable and I love it!
