I was blessed to receive care from Dr Bode thru Donated Dental Services. My dental issues were pretty major. I had numerous missing teeth on top as well as cavities on the bottom teeth. I was severely limited on my diet, as well as being extremely self conscious of my looks. I received excellent personable care from the front desk to Dr Bode and his very knowledgeable assistant Sonja. I was able to get caps on my bottom teeth and a full plate on top. I am very happy and pleased with the final outcome. I now have natural looking teeth and wonderful comments from family and friends. Our family has been getting our dental care at Russell and Bode for 2 years. The care is exceptional and the dentists and hygienists are thorough, gentle and personable. The office has navigated the complexities of providing care safely in the age of Covid and I am completely confident in their safety and infection control protocols both for staff and patients. I have been coming to Russell & Bode since 2014. The staff has always been amazing. Prior to coming here, I was not -- as many aren't -- fond of going to the dentist, but Shannon is so caring, truly listens to your concerns, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Maynard was great in listening to my concerns about my teeth and had a plan to help me. The staff when leaving is also great. I never feel like I leave confused about the billing. When COVID hit, I feel that Russel & Bode took all the necessary steps to make sure that we all feel safe. It's an overall great experience and will continue bringing my entire family to Russel & Bode!
