Dr. Alexander worked on all my siblings, including myself, when we were all in elementary school. Great experiences. I'm 33 now, and my 10 yr old daughter is seeing him. he's fantastic! He's super great with complicated cases. My daughter has had wonderful experiences there every time we go. I kinda know what the last reviewer is talking about with the office being closed. There was a time recently when Dr. Alexander's mom passed away so he took a while off. He went on vacation for a few weeks out of country not too long ago. He's the only orthodontist there so when he's not there, the office is closed, but that does not happen vwry often. the assistants are great! they usually work after hours so if you call to have a band or bracket fixed you can pop in and be out super fast. There was one time my daughter had to wait almost an hr to get in, which never happens, but when it did, the lady at the front desk gave me a starbucks gift card for my wait. That was cool! I love their hot chocolate!

Dr. Alexander and his team are absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted warmly in a bright and cheery atmosphere. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean and we are never kept waiting. You can tell that everyone there loves and knows their job. Dr. Alexander is one of the most genuinely kind and knowledgeable men I’ve ever met. He takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. The staff is amazing! Both my son and I are patients at Dr. Steven Alexander Orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. My children have all had braces from Dr. Alexander. He is the most kind and gentle doc and his staff follows suit. It was such a positive experience so my husband and I are doing Invisalign. I love all the options, the text reminders, their flexibility with our schedule and mostly their friendly environment!
