In Oklahoma, observed urine collections for an employment related drug test are only allowed in very unique situations. So typically, pre-employment test are not observed and I would not expect you to be asked for an observed urine test.
Depends on the company Tyler. I would ask your HR department for clarification. I would say most employers do require UAs for pre-employment.
