This sounds like a lot of speculation & I'd want to hear it straight from the restaurant, versus some random person online, honestly. This place is incredible, as is the food. It is literally the only place we ate at several times a week when we lived there, and it was because the quality of the food was excellent. I miss this place...
Shut up willie Delaney, the food is incredible
Turkey meat has no fat per se (its in the skin) and to arrive at the level of even being called "bacon" or "burger" then adding "Pork" fat or grease would be most appropriate. Try cooking turkey without it and you will see how non deserving it will be to be called bacon or burger.
The food is delicious and perfectly cooked. I don't believe turkey bacon needs any grease in which to be cooked. The staff is most accommodating. Received a warm and welcoming reception.
The placd is fabulous. If you eat there and dont like it then its just a matter of individual taste but thr restaurant is a jewel.
I didn't no that
