Wonderful birthday dinner spot! My boyfriend and I had a great time celebrating my birthday at La Vie. The decor is classy and simple, I didn’t feel overdressed in my dress and heels, and the food and drinks were great. Our server was very prompt and kind.

In a busy day like today at Wharf, due to the 5-Year anniversary celebration and fireworks this place was absolutely packed! However, I was unaware of it and brought my aunt to this restaurant for her bday . I’m very grateful, the Penthouse at La Vie was amazing , great views, delicious food and most importantly wonderful customer service . We were taken care of promptly and exceptionally by everyone, especially by Mauricio ! Thanks again for making my aunt’s bday the best ever !

I ordered a risotto and it didn't sit well with me. For a very high end expensive place it should have a very tasteful quality with it. Especially the culinary on how risotto needs to be made. But yet this place is so beautiful and romantic.

There is no nightclub there
Brunch is an array of small plates or multiple dishes. As the others said I don't believe there's a exclusive childrens menu but I'm sure it wouldn't be full price. I'm not familiar outside of brunch
No salad bar. It’s a full menu that for brunch you can order as much as you want from.
Hi! I ate dinner their. It was delicious but I don't know about their brunch. Wish I could help.
Imo, Yes they're welcome but, I wouldn't say it's really kid friendly, especially under 12.
This question might be better fit for the La Vie staff to answer. I didn't actually stay inside the igloo nor do I know if they accomodate highchairs for babies.
I doubt there's a restriction for having kids there. I didn't see any children-just adults. Also, I don't remember there being a kids menu but you can double-check. The menu items were expensive (but delicious) so you may reconsider bringing kids to this higher-end restaurant. Oh, some of there items were on fire as they were serving it so be cautious if they are younger, restless children.
Dressy, not casual at all. I saw some people dressed semi formal and some formal.
Yes. Very isolated for you and you guest..
Management really is awful unable to handle issues with reservation
Make reservation online opens later in evening open brunch sat Sunday
Street parking, Valet or a garage next to the building
No. There is bar and lounge seating, but for a table with a view I would highly recommend a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance... Ask for River View.
You have to walk in the courtyard. The entrance is sort of obscured, but it is next to the Mexican restaurant. Large double doors.
