Did Natural Horizon in Fairfax really go out of business on Feb 20, 2018?? I called about a toothache emergency yesterday, never got a call back, now the voicemail talks about permanent closure??

Yes they filed bankruptcy and closed

Yes. The dental side closed permanently. The medical side is under new management as Gentle Wellness Center.

Oh well found an even better one around the corner: Smiles4Fairfax. Impressed so far. We'll see how the root canal goes.
