They lie on the time and don’t give straight answer a hotline that’s 24/7 yeah right didn’t even ring some one will come out at 11:00 they said it’s 4:15 am wish I could go with any one else but it’s the only option in my area please get another company in Fairfax. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t say sorry fix the phone pay the employees more money for on call jobs and to pick up the phones

We scheduled to turn off our service on July 28th because we sold the house. Unfortunately Verizon’s cable lines down from the old post and the Verizon crew blocked the road to switch post. Dominion energy meter reading person couldn’t get to the meter and the dominion energy didn’t stop my service and kept charging me until I received a letter from dominion energy to ask me to contact them on august 6th. I called and wait for 45 mins to talk to a representative on august 7th. There was $200 charge which I shouldn’t be responsible. I didn’t make the Verizon cable lines down and I had no control about blocking the road for repair. This is ridiculous charge. If the road blocked the meter person should ask to get access to the water meter or this person should be sent to check the meter the next day. You can’t just kept charging people.

What an embarrassing mess the Dominion monopoly is. Call or mail your state representative and senator. Things need to change and Dominion needs to be dissolved.
