The Rosenthal name is forever destroyed. I bought a car from Rosenthal Honda in Tysons several years ago. I did my research ahead of time. I'm not naive or uneducated. I knew exactly what I want and I knew what it would cost. During the price negotiation phase, the salesman was playing hardball and eventually disappeared to some back room, later returning to show me a fake Kelly Blue Book printout with a significantly inflated price to get me to buy a specific car. Later, at home, I tried everything to get KBB to display a similar price for the vehicle but it was literally impossible. This dealership is fraudulent.

Leased a CRV in 2019 and was treated terribly by the initial "salesmen". I came in with a print out of the offer and the older salesmen said it was only for "well qualified buyers" to which I responded that I had an excellent credit score and was ready to make a deal. He continued to speak down to me as a woman until young man stepped in and took over my transaction. As a teacher, I knew my budget well and was not going to be manipulated. Eventually I got the lease only after the manager made me wait for hours trying to "negotiate" with me. Ever since then I have continued to have problems. The paperwork for my lease has never been properly completed with the local county tax office or registration. They have not filed the proper paperwork for me to be tax exempt and have gotten hundreds of dollars out of me. Additionally, this year, they have not forwarded to me the vehicle registration information properly and therefore my vehicle is out of compliance. TLDR: Do not lease with this dealership and be wary of Honda leasing all together.
