Although I ended up purchasing from Brown's in Leesburg, because I got a much better deal for budget (saved me $45/mo), I feel it must be said that the team at Fairfax from owners to salesman, were all VERY kind. I enjoyed meeting them and felt that they were very accommodating. It just turned out that Brown's got me a better deal that fit our budget and worked extra hard for me to be their customer. I HIGHLY recommend either going to Brown's in Leesburg, or Fairfax. Both of their teams are A+. Chantilly, whom we've bought cars from before, and serviced our cars there, are now in the past. It was a big no! I was so turned off by their unpleasantness during my almost newly purchased vehicle this week, that I was over them. The manager needs to take lessons on how to treat their customers from Brown's and Fairfax. GO to either Brown's in Leesburg or Fairfax. You will be treated with smiles, friendliness, great communication, and respect!! The managers at either location are tops!!!!! It is all about customer service and caring about your customers, and Chantilly is no longer a place we will go to. Brown's was so amazing that not only did I get my new car, my husband decided to turn his car in and purchase a new one. Sorry, Chantilly, work on your customer service and make your customers feel like they, and their sale(s) matter. I also felt as a woman, the Chantilly manager didn't take me seriously. I walked around the lot for an hour and nobody came to help. When I finally spoke up, the Manager looked at me as if I was a nobody, until my Husband stood next to me. Just an FYI, usually it's the women who wear the pants in the family ;) happy wife, happy life. Too bad for Chantilly since I ended up purchasing TWO cars, the same day, at Brown's, all because their entire team was ridiculously amazing and got us superior deals. Thanks, Fairfax, sorry it didn't work out for me this time around, but you deserve some accolades. You are a great place. It just came down to price, and Brown's made a miracle happen. It also helped that their manager and team were absolutely fantastic, as is your team. Thank you for being kind. 👏

Beware of a fair deal there for extended warranty. They will try to charge you a ton of money over the fair value price. You should only pay 1500-1600 for a 10/120k warranty. They with try to charge over 3k. They can’t do this legally as other dealerships are offering the fair value. Im waiting on an official response. Sad because the sales guys was great. I’ll be posting this on all reviews.

I am there daily I work there. Everybody wears mask and there is hand sanitizer everywhere. Even have masks available for clients that have forgotten theirs.

Hello Curt, we hope you have a safe trip! The synthetic oil changes cost $68 but we have a coupon that we can apply for you that cuts the price down to $38 +Tax. And please remember you can always upgrade but you cannot downgrade the oil. So once you switch to synthetic oil your vehicle will require that from the date of the change. While this question is not really about Fairfax Hyundai, i would suggest you make an appointment to determine the problem. Air bags are not so.ething to mess around with.
