I've lived in ft green all my life I remember when Hardee lakes was just a mine pit being mined I live just up the road from there maybe 1/4 Mile and at my house I have no cell service but yes Hardee lakes you have good service maybe it's because of the radioactive Rock that's on the ground
No wifi but my cell service was pretty strong there so if you have mobile hotspot you should have no problem using that as an option for wifi. I have MetroPcs.
No, it's got really nice lakes! My cellular signal was pretty good there (Sprint).
