This is 1 of my favorite places where I go for a walks. Beautiful views of the Hudson River, quite, peaceful, not many people. Bike riding and fishing near the dock.

I am not sure, but I believe you can't bbq on this park.
Eliphalet Bliss Williams original owner of the land, use to also be called Bliss Park.
Check with the Parks Department at nyc.gov or call 311.
Never saw an owl there, but there are plenty of migratory birds, and in the summer a few hawks use the park as their hangout. And at dusk in summer the bats come out — pretty cool.
