Way too crowded, tiny changing rooms, and they put everyone in at the same time without spreading it out. The staff was excellent, but they need improvement with their systems. Not enough food options and long lines for everything. The place is a great concept, jut not executed well. Not enough outdoor seating for the amount of people. Some people were quite trashy. They should strive for quality of experience rather than maxing out the quantity of quests. The wet areas were overcrowded. Not appealing, and people were lacking spa etiquette.

This year first time we visited Governor Island. Car free place with plenty of green spaces. It is good for walking , running and especially for biking. Fist time we took rented bikes and then brought our own bikes. Both time we had good time.

Very limited places and reservations are required.
U can take the ferry to white hall Manhattan then take the ferry to governor island. The slide hill playground just couples minutes walk from picnic point
Picnic spots all over that are close to the ferry. Really you can just pick a spot anywhere that's what we do😁
